  • Soup:  Creamy Cool Strawberry Soup
  • Salad: Local organic Mixed Greens Salad with Pomegranate Seeds, Blood Orange Slices, and Chocolate Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Main Course: Chicken and a Waffle with Butter and Maple Syrup, A Bacon Wrapped Date, Brown Sugar Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Blueberry Corn Salad
