About the event

  • Appetizer: Tomato and Rosemary Focaccia
  • Soup:  Escarole and Red Bean Soup
  • Salad: Spinach Salad with Pomegranate Seeds, Fresh Raspberries, Toasted Pecans, and Housemade Pomegranate Vinaigrette
  • Main Course: Vegetable and Grain Stuffed Roast, Garlic Dill Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Candied Carrots, Creamy Cranberry Salad, and Green Beans with Pomegranate Seeds
  • Dessert: A Thumbprint Cookie, a Snowball Cookie, a Chocolate Crinkle Cookie, a slice of Key Lime Pie with Strawberry Sauce and Whipped Cream, and a White Chocolate Dipped Cherry
  • Beverages: (In-person only) Iced tea, coffee, hot tea
  • Wine, beer, and champagne (most likely) available for purchase!
