Murder Mystery Dinner at Grandma's Kitchen Arnot Mall

We've been having so much fun at the Harrison House that we are adding another Spooky Month date! Who doesn't want another excuse to dress up for Halloween?! 

You are cordially invited to join Grandma's Kitchen Arnot Mall for a five course dinner and interactive murder mystery! Costumes encouraged!

Story Line: Homicide at the Harrison House 

Synopsis: 

The time has arrived for Drew Beasley to inaugurate the much-anticipated annual celebration at the Harrison House. The air is thick with excitement as Pandora City's VIPs prepare to rub shoulders with acquaintances, allies, and the inevitable rivals at this grand event.

As CFO of the Harrison House, Drew Beasley firmly believes in fostering a sense of community to sustain the historic bed & breakfast. However, maintaining peace among Pandora City's townspeople under one roof is proving to be a challenging endeavor. In an effort to keep spirits high and conflicts low, Drew and the Harrison House staff have pulled out all the stops this year, focusing on engaging party activities, a mouthwatering menu, and lively music to captivate the guests' attention.

This year's event is critical; it could very well be their final opportunity to showcase the Harrison House's charm and importance, especially as the estate's heir grows increasingly discontent with its current management. The staff is on a mission to demonstrate the indispensable role of the annual bash in ensuring the venue's continued relevance and success. After all, without this festive reminder, the legacy of the Harrison House, a cornerstone of Pandora City for over a century, risks fading from public memory.

More information: 

• Ages 16+
• This is an interactive murder mystery. Everyone will be assigned a character, which you will receive by email two weeks before the event. You are encouraged to arrive in costume for your character and to remain in character throughout the event. You will interact with others during the event as your character. You will receive a Pre-Game Clue during the week before the event by email.
• We will need to collect contact information for each person in your party in order to deliver the pre-event information. 
• The content for this event is the copyrighted property of MyMysteryParty.com. There will be a designated area for solo and group photos, but otherwise photographing or recording the event is prohibited.

Bread: Blueberry Bread with Butter

Soup: Chicken Noodle Soup

Salad: Local Organic Mixed Greens Salad Topped with Seasonal Veggies and Housemade Balsamic Vinaigrette

Entree: Shepherd's Pie, Slow Cooked Green Beans, & Macaroni & Cheese

Dessert: A seasonal dessert sampler featuring an apple cider donut, a chocolate chip cookie, and a mini pumpkin spice cupcake

Allergies: wheat, soy, & coconut. A made without gluten meal is available. Please indicate your request for a meal that is made without gluten when registering. Please keep in mind though that wheat is used in our kitchen and we cannot guarantee against cross-contact. Please consider if this is safe for you. 

Beverages will be available for purchase at the bar throughout the event!

All Vegan/Plant-Based: All items are vegan/plant-based and made with love at Grandma’s Kitchen. Menu is subject to change based on availability.

Local Ingredients: Menu features local produce from Ever Green Farm, Muddy Fingers Farm, and Silver Queen Farm. Menu also features Crystal City olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Parking: Ample free lot parking is available. Park and enter where you see the Regal Movie Theater entrances and go up to the Food Court on the second floor. Grandma's Kitchen Arnot Mall is located in the former Friendly's.

Accessibility: An escalator and an elevator are available to access the second floor. The restrooms are accessible and within Grandma's Kitchen on the same floor. Because Grandma's Kitchen is in a former Friendly's, the tables are built in booths. Wheelchairs are able to be accomodated at certain tables. Beverages: Soda, iced tea, juice, beer, wine, and hard cider will be available for purchase from our bar during the event.

Cancelations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you out. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal retains their fee in case of a refund. Because this event requires a great deal of organization, 1 week before the event, we are no longer able to offer refunds. If there is availability, we may be able to switch you to a different date. Otherwise, we can offer your meal To Go.
