• Soup: Spring Onion Potato Soup
• Salad: Local Organic Mixed Greens Salad with greens from Muddy Fingers Farm & Montour Market
• Main Course: Broccoli & Cheese Quiche; a piece of Sausage, & Homefries
• Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake 

Optional beverages available including Mimosas, Micheladas, Hot Coffee, Hot Tea, Soda, Sparkling Water, Beer, Wine, Iced Tea, and more. There will be the option to add any beverages when purchasing your tickets. A separate invoice will then be sent for the add-ons.
