• Salad: Mardi Gras Salad over Local Organic Mixed Greens featuring greens from Muddy Fingers Farm and Montour Market, Purple Cabbage, Orange Slices, Parsley, and housemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
• Main Course: Sausage & Chicken Jambalaya, Cheesy Grits Casserole, Hushpuppies, and Cajun Corn on the Cob
