- Appetizer: Tomato and Rosemary Focaccia
- Soup:Â Escarole and Red Bean Soup
- Salad: Spinach Salad with Pomegranate Seeds, Fresh Raspberries, Toasted Pecans, and Housemade Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- Main Course: Vegetable and Grain Stuffed Roast, Garlic Dill Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Candied Carrots, Creamy Cranberry Salad, and Green Beans with Pomegranate Seeds
- Dessert: A Thumbprint Cookie, a Snowball Cookie, a Chocolate Crinkle Cookie, a slice of Key Lime Pie with Strawberry Sauce and Whipped Cream, and a White Chocolate Dipped Cherry
