  • Appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms
  • Soup:  Creamy Watercress Soup
  • Salad: Local Organic Mixed Greens with Pomegranate Seeds, and Heirloom Tomatoes in a Zucchini Round with Shallot-Dijon Vinaigrette
  • Main Course: Quiche Lorraine, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, Twice Baked Potatoes, and a Grilled Curry Tomato
